Competition?

I see that Pressure Drop will have some competition this Friday with Grant's new revival night. Some of you will know Grant from Modern Life which over the years took place at The Arena, The Arc, Spensleys and just recently The Empire.

I don't think it will affect Pressure Drop at all but I did notice a few 2 Tone songs in their play lists.

Must admit that I went to the club after the last Pressure Drop and enjoyed it. Kind of reminded me of the stuff they used to play at Blaisers on a Saturday night. I agree with Paddy that it's no competition to Pressure Drop but it's a decent place to go to if you fancy a few more beers after Pressure Drop kicks out.

Looks like I'll be doing a DJ spot at Revival on Friday 2nd April. I'll post more details when I get them. It won't clash with Pressure Drop as that is on the Sunday that weekend with it been a Bank Holiday.

I'll see what I can do. Still waiting for them to get back in touch with me at the moment. By the sounds of it I'll be in the bar spinning some Soul sounds while they will have Shed Seven frontman Rick Witter downstairs doing a DJ slot.
