Errrr not really I've not been to see the G Men since I was booted out of the band. Still mates with Dins & Andy Wears (is he still in the band?) but don't think I could go & watch them. I did a few recordings with 3 of the G Men (Dins, Andy & Laze) the other year with my band The Che Men. One tune was a ska number called 'Wednesday Girl' which was released last year in the USA on the 'Do You Wanna Be In The Show?' CD on Twist Records. Another tune 'State Of The Union' is due to be released this year and Dins said that his best ever vocal performance was on that song. We also did another tune called 'Eyes Of Ice'. All 3 tracks can be heard on MySpace (the in place to go before Facebook) - www.myspace.com/chemen

Was actually going to go to this after giving it a bit of thought. But then realised that it's on a Friday night and I'm at work till 8.30pm so can't make it after all.

Is that Andy Lazenby still in the band? As far as I know Laze is still in the band, and what a great drummer he is. Probably the best drummer I've ever worked with. Been a bass player you need a good drummer.

26 from pressure drop.absolutely superb. That's a good turnout from the Pressure Drop crew. Shame that the ska nights at The Forum are normally on a Friday night though as I'm stuck at work till 8.30pm

Pama International +The Equalisers,Darlington Forum Friday,2nd April. I love Pama International, they are probably my favourite band at the moment. I'll be going to at least one gig on this tour after missing them in Newcastle back in December due to the snow.

Had a great night - especially enjoyed The Equalizers (never had guessed it was their debut gig!) The bar was (& normally is) three deep with only two staff on at times so the Forum does need to get it's act together! Looking forward to seeing Pama International (but will bring my hip flask this time!)
