A few pics from last night which has to rate as the best Pressure Drop so far. It was good to see Graham Craddy there and also Digger for the 1st time. Rumour has it that Mr Craddy will also be doing a guest DJ spot at Pressure Drop in the very near future.

It was great to have the upstairs bar open for the 1st time since the relaunch. No need to have to go downstairs for a drink and suffer the rock band while missing out on the cool tunes upstairs. Just need to sort out a slide show for the screen now.

Boss DJ Paddy and guest DJ's Monty & myself kept the crowd happy and the dancefloor busy with some cool cool tunes. I only had 1 request all night during my guest DJ spot and it wasn't for any 2 Tone Sorry to Graham Craddy for not having ' Chorpy Chorpy Cheepnis', I'll see if I can get hold of a copy for next time.

what no two tone cant believe it! mind you i know we moan about two tone a bit, but i still set my skybox to tape the specials at glastonbury last night, and madness on sunday. glad to hear it was a good busy night. btw love to know were paddy got that mustard harrington, its smart as fook

Not sure where Paddy got the harrington from but I can tell you that it's a Baracuta. TkMaxx had a few Baracuta harringtons in last year as I got Charlie a lovely green one for £40 when they normally sell for around £130.

One thing that did kind of spoil the night slightly were the 2 people that were helping themselves to free drinks. I didn't know this at the time as I was behind the decks finishing off the night but a couple of people were pouring themselves pints once the bar has shut. In the end they were caught by the bar staff and I've been told that the bar staff won't be letting them into any future Pressure Drop nights.

Now this incident could of spelt the end to the Pressure Drop nights at Dr Browns. We lost the Pressure Drop nights before and it's taken 4 years to get them back on. So, just think next time as we don't want the minority spoiling it for the majority.

Another thing that I did notice was one or two people who were smoking upstairs. Now I won't mention names here (you know who you are) but can you go outside next time you want a smoke. There is a smoking ban in place in all pubs now incase you didn't know. If you haven't got the energy make it down the stairs for a cigarette maybe it's time you knocked the fags on the head.

Sorry for the moan, but I for one don't want to see the Pressure Drop nights lost again.
