Did anyone watch Britains Got Talent?
It's not something I watch myself but I was interested to find out that the runner up Charlotte is the daughter of Derwent Jaconelli who was the frontman for the 80's Mod band The Rage & also in Long Tall Shorty.
At the time The Rage were billed as a Mod super group as the line up featured members of Long Tall Shorty, The Purple Hearts & The Chords. Shame that the band released so little material though with just one single & a track on the 3rd Countdown Mod comp 'Smashing Time'. But stay tuned as The Rage are planning a reunion gig!
