Still to be confirmed but it looks like Paddy & myself will be doing a DJ set at the Big Boss 1 in Margate on Saturday 31st July (full details below). It would be good to see a few Pressure Drop regulars making the trip down south for this event. THE BIG BOSS 1:

Thanks Paddy and Bazza, you are confirmed DJ's along with DJ Bosher (London), Sound dimension (Portsmouth), Lee J and the Bigshot sound system (Cardiff), Madness's official tour DJ's Hit the Moon (Littlehampton and IOW), more DJ's to be confirmed. It's going to be another top night with tickets already been sent to Japan, Australia, America, Canada, All over Europe and Scandanavia so it's now classified as an international event. We are proud to have Pressure drop on-board because we have heard many great things about your do's.

The DJ's now confirmed for Saturday Night at BIG BOSS 1 are as follows -
DJ Bosher - London. Lee J - BigShot Sound System, Newport City Radio, Cafe A Go Go. Martin Long - Sound Dimension DJ Amma - Set The Tone, Club Rude. Mark 'Bazza' Barrett - Pressure Drop (Middlesboro). Dean Bloxham - Klub Skank. Darren Bennett - Hit The Moon (Madness' official tour DJ). Unkl Bri - Grapevine Sound System. Paul Lazarus - Moonstomp Mission Control.
Friday Night will see Toast & Lee mashing it up in the bar and Sunday night in the bar we will be in the capable hands of Lex Angel.
So that's 12 of the country's finest reggae and soul DJ's over 3 days for a tenner. A bargain by anyones standards and it comes with the BIG40 guarantee of quality.

Someone asked me if i could publish whas happening this weekend. Rather than post it on the events wall, i'm sending you all a message instead.
FRIDAY NIGHT: It's a meet and greet where you meet up with friends and meet new friends at the Westcoast bar. There are two Ska bands playing downstairs, Mouthwash and The Junk. These are brought to you by the guys at the Westcoast bar, it will cost you £3.00 to see the bands. There are also DJ's playing ska/reggae upstairs if you don't want to see the bands which is free of charge.
SATURDAY: During the day, we have stalls with DJ's playing in the background. We have Sandy's Soul Shack's record stall. Steve Pybus from Dirty Harry's in Brighton, selling his quality range of skinhead clothing and Mic 'Skinbyrd' Marshallsay with her jewellery and selling Celtic Skins range of hankies, pins and accessories, free entry. During the evening is the main event, 7pm to 7am. £10 in advance or £15 on the door.
